seems harmless to jot down things to do, right? lately my list has turned on me like a mad dog....all set to assemble these into a scrappy top.....
seems harmless enough task right? derailed by yet another ER run....testing revealed meningioma in cerebellum...huh? another diagnosis that totally shocked me....grueling 40-minute MRI was reassuring.. now back home after a totally no-fun weekend....almost don't dare to get out of bed anymore...LOL!
and just when all the winter clothes are out the weather turns warmish for another few days...no matter....i'll enjoy it!
have a blessed day!

How scary, Grace! What were the symptoms? Glad it's okay.
ReplyDeleteHad to look this up. What symptoms did you have to prompt an MRI?
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, what a whirlwind—and what a shock that diagnosis must have been. I’m so glad the MRI brought some reassurance, even if the weekend was anything but restful. You’ve been through a lot, and it’s completely okay to feel rattled.
ReplyDeletePlease be gentle with yourself right now. Rest as much as you need, and let your body and spirit catch up with the news. You’re strong, even when you don’t feel it. (((Hugs)))
Oh Grace, I had my first MRI in October. I hated it and I am so sorry you had to go through it too. So much unexpected news! I hope you can rest and "catch up" like Loulee said. Know that you are being watched over and helped from above.
ReplyDeleteGoodness, Grace. What a scare...again! Yes, do as Lou says, rest and be good and we will be rooting for you.
ReplyDeleteOh dear Grace! So scarey, glad that the diagnosis was reassuring. Keeping you in my prayers and just relax this week!
ReplyDeleteMay the treatments for this be quick and effective. You are in my prayers as you go forth. All good thoughts from your friend in NH and FL.

Hope you have a better time of it this weekend! Often times those types of tumors are not a threat unless you have symptoms that you cannot ignore.
ReplyDeleteYou know that you're in my prayers. I love the banana reference, Dad had a friend who used to say that he was too old to buy green bananas anymore. Sending big hugs~
