while most of the world is going berserk, spending my time re-organizing life without regular fitness center visits--and formulating plan B. if this nonstop virus talk continues, may even volunteer for that trip to mars. the plus of this altering event is that more sewing fun is happening. my only request would be if they DO set up a field hospital nearby, hope it's staffed by the 4077th....but i digress....yesterday finished this cute little wall quilt made entirely of fabric that was gifted to me. i'm calling it "morning constitutional"....
and while the aqua/black/white blocks reside on the design wall and after playing with some of the new scraps, clearing the decks to return these back into the stash...
most some of the strips from the swap got used but alas, not all.
now that some sort of schedule and order has been established, have added this chore to the to-do list....the always everflowing scrap basket....
appliqueing circles on joseph's coat and sewing up wildest dreams stars continue. a basting weekend has been scheduled as well, but vow to houseclean first, although there seems little point. despite all, consider myself blessed and glad to be healthy.
What a lovely, tropical wall quilt. You can have your own exotic "stay-cation" with that to set the mood. :)
ReplyDeleteWe are blessed, aren't we?
I am going to quilt today away--after minimal chores--dishwashing, laundry, and wiping down handles, doorknobs and light switches with disinfectant. Hubby still goes to work, so who knows what he is bringing home?

ReplyDeleteI was diagnosed with PCOS and premature ovarian failure three years ago, and was told by my fertility doctor that I had little hope of having any baby, not only because of my relatively old age (I am 42). I had pretty much given no hope and had nothing to strive or opt for. As a last effort, my mother bought me Priest Babaka pregnancy herbal supplement and i drink it exactly as instructed 2 times daily and found myself holding a positive home pregnancy test in less than 4 weeks and 7days . It has been the greatest gift I have EVER received and a true life changer. Thanks to your supplement I am on the road to becoming a mother and I owe it all to you. " Thank you! Thank you!
