FWS margaret block, now done, papers not removed but it WILL lie flat once they are taken out
!
my tiny HST little quilt flimsy, ready for basting...these finish at 1.5", which is tiny for me but nowhere near the expertise of rogue quilter's tiny HSTs....she is a pro at tiny blocks and quilts....
Lovely miniature quilt, I find that working in a smaller scale is rewarding because it teaches the importance of precision... always a good thing! Margaret is adorable.
Nice finishes HST's are so versatile-can be set in so many ways and patterns
ReplyDeleteI just love that little HST quilt. I love minis, but there's no way I would ever try to match Rogue Quilter's tiny HSTs either.
ReplyDeleteGood job on Margaret.
ReplyDeleteOnly the truly crazy go smaller than what you have done here, Grace, and I really love your little quilt!!
janet you were my inspiration on this one!

ReplyDeleteI also love those mini HSTs. How about tackling a bed-sized quilt made from HSTs this tiny?
