he not only remembered, he enlisted 2 of his favorite (and mine) elves to respond! this mini gooseneck lamp from ikea was under the tree. ideal for the sewing table or anyplace else really, but especially for the sewing table. ever since bonnie bragged about hers, i have been thinking about how good it would look in MY sewing space....and here it is! thank you elves!
Smart elves! I've thought one of those would be worth a trip to the nearest Ikea (2 hours away by congested freeway), but have yet to make the effort. Lucky you!!

ReplyDeleteI too saw Bonnie's post about those lights and have to get them. I bought a white one for my sewing machine and a black one for my computer desk. There seems to be a documented problem (read quite a few complaints on the internet) about the black lamps shutting off. The light switch is faulty but if it happens to you, just tap the light switch button and the light comes on again. I love these lamps and if I make the trip to Ikea again, will defintely buy another. Just wish you could order them on the website.
