can finally cross off a UFO finish from my 2011 list now that this quilt is done. years ago i was in a four-patch swap where every month was a different color, so i used them up in this scrappy quilt. even the binding is scrappy as it's 2 different colors....why not, eh? i didn't hand quilt this quilt, only tied, as it will probably be a donation quilt of some kind. even so, it's pretty and warm and now off my "to do" shelf as well! how good is that? first official finish

Nice job! I suggest you sleep at least once under the quilt before you give it away. I read on the internet that someone always did that, and since then that's my practice too.
